Lifetime Warranty

Captain Mobile Parts likes to “keep things simple” & “transparent” because we care about our customers. We provide lifetime warranties on brand-new LCD’s, small parts & digitizers.


  • All the Batteries are covered under 3 months warranty.
  • All the Tools & Accessories are not covered under any warranty.
  • All the Best Quality Pulls are not covered under any warranty. (Exceptions may apply) ***


Return & Exchanges

RMA process generally takes around 1-3 business days after we receive the items at our facility. A complete RMA report will be e-mailed to you after the completion of the RMA.


Please be aware that some RMA’s can take longer due to backlogs and shipping errors.

We highly recommend a qualified technician to test the screen before installing or removing the seal covering adhesive.


How To Start A Return

1. Click on the “Easy Returns” tab on the bottom left hand corner of the webpage.

2. Enter your email address associated with your account.

3. You will receive a link to your email.

4. Select the items you want to return, generate a shipping label.

5. Ship the items when you can.

6. We take care of the rest.


Defective Parts Which Will Be Accepted

  • All the items need to have our stamp(s) to qualify under the RMA policy.
  • All the items that are defective and uninstalled will be accepted.
  • All LCD’s with factory glue separation from the lens will be accepted
  • All brand-new unused items will be accepted.
  • All the parts that are installed and defective, but not broken, powers on will be accepted.
  • All the small parts and digitizers, defective and in good condition with our stamp will be accepted.
  • All items that are covered under the RMA policy will be issued a store credit or exchange.
  • All store credits issued will be based on current pricing.

Parts That Will Not Be Accepted

  • Any parts without our stamp(s) will not be accepted.
  • Removal of the lens sticker or seal covering adhesive for any LCD’s will be treated as an installed LCD.
  • Any damaged products due to improper installation or removal will not be accepted.
  • Any ripped flex cable.
  • Any damage to the LCD frame or glass (chipped color, scratches, etc.)
  • Any damage to the LCD due to improper removal from the board and does not power on.
  • Any signs of pressure points on any LCD will not be accepted and will be considered damaged by improper installation (spots, lines or non-powering).
  • Any LCD without frame and installed will not be covered under the warranty.
  • Any bleeding screens will not be accepted.

Non-Captain Mobile Parts And Not Accepted Merchandise

  • Any products which do not have our stamps will be considered as non-Captain Mobile Parts merchandise.
  • Merchandise which is not ours or not accepted in RMA will be recycled after 7 days.
  • If the customer needs those items back, they need to inform their sales rep and provide them with new order number so they can coordinate the returns of those parts with your new shipment.
  • If the customer needs an urgent return, they will have to pay for the shipment.


Return Labels 

  • If you need a return label, you can generate by the Easy Returns Tab on the bottom left-hand corner of the webpage.
  • You can call our sales rep or customer service department to issue you a Return Label.
  • Customers who purchase more than $1000.00/- per month will be eligible to receive 1 FREE return label per month.
  • Customer will bear the cost of return labels if they need more than 1 return label per month.



  • For any reason, if there is a need for cross-shipment, we can take care of you (Please call customer service).
  • The customers are only required to fill a simple cross-shipment form.
  • You have 7 days to return the cross-shipped item which you don’t need back to us.
  • The merchandise we received should have a CMP logo and should be in the same condition as we sent to you.
  • In case of failure of receiving the correct part in the same condition (as sent to the customer) back, it may cause us to charge the card on file.


Restocking Fee

  • We accept brand new parts back if you don’t need them anymore.
  • You can send all the new merchandise that you don’t require with your RMA returns.
  • You will not be charged any restocking fee on defective parts.
  • You will be charged a restocking fee of 10% if we restock any merchandise from your RMA Return.
  • We will restock only new parts that haven’t been installed and pass our quality control.
